Raptures
Scotland
Farne Islands
On a 4 day trip to Scotland this year with my wife Elaine we both had a two day photographic tutorial with Chris Weston (professional wild life photographer) at the Highland Wildlife Park. These are a small sample of the photos we took.
Local Wild Life
Some photos from my local area Plymbridge Woods early one morning.
A one day photographic tutorial at the Cotswold falconry centre with Andy Rouse (a professional wild life photographer, in my opinion the best). Here are a few of my shoots of the free flying raptures.
Big Cats
Another one of my day trips (with professional wild life photographer Pete Walmough) this time to the Wild life Heritage Foundation in Kent to photograph endangered cats. Had a good day but sadly this place is not open the the public.
If you asked my wife Elaine to describe the Farne Islands she would say they are in the North Sea, off the Northumberland Coast between Bamburgh and Seahouses they are also cold, windy, wet and very very smelly (of sea bird waste). But I had a great day photographing Puffins and other birds, (but if I was honest it was cold).
